These services are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in separate agreements or project-specific contracts.

b. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

i. Engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.

ii. Transmitting or distributing any harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or offensive content.

iii. Interfering with the security, functionality, or availability of our services or any related network or system.

iv. Unauthorized access or use of any accounts, data, or personal information.

v. Engaging in any activity that may cause harm to our reputation or that of our clients.

c. Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms outlined in this Agreement or engaged in any prohibited activities.

3. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, related to our services, website, and any materials provided, remain the sole property of Throne Hosting LLC or its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively filed in the courts of Canada.

6. Severability

a. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
